Those are pure random if i understand correctly.
they get 3(or how ever many are for that raffle) cards from the rare pool (i think ) then create em. Many have 2 some cards have 3.
6 of twice have em i think. the issue with Jyp is less subunits or solos so no additional rares in the pool. Where SM especially has alot of solos and sub units.

there are 186 unique legendries atm.

yes thats how it is, I only realised this recently as always so many SM cards are created, I think its very unfortunate how the system is set up as it heavly favors SM groups and artists above everyone else, with SM doing so many solos
