If you compose something, then you create a completely new song
If you arrange it, then you usually use an already existing beat and create something new out of it
oh while i understand what you mean, I'm still more confused nowWell my definition would be:
Composing would be the person creating their own words/sound of Music as many dj’s I’ve seen.
Arranging: That would be instrumental or written music already there ( however it’s not your own creation ) This is where many artists begin fan wars with another accusing of plagiarism.

Creative friction certainly would happen in those cases where the composer and production/arrangement aren't seeing eye-to-eye. In a perfect scenario, the person(s) doing the composing are also good at production or doing arrangements so they would handle both sides of it.thats a very easy to understand explanation, thank you I got it now!
If the person who does the arrangement is someone else to who composed it, are they not getting into arguments sometimes as the composer might think their work gets ruined?
