this is so heartbreaking.

things like this make any person upset but anything to do with sexual assault hits close to home because of the things my female friends have gone through. i just remember how i cried and cried because i couldn't protect them. reading things like this brings forward the same emotion.

I hate the fact that Cho Doo Soon and the Junko Furuta killers are still free and one of her killers again was on trial just this year for beating, stabbing and slashing a 35 year old guys throat.

I am a capital punishment kinda of guy and if they need someone to pull the trigger in this kinds of case , call me up.

I think criminals should suffer horribly. If there is a god, and they want to redeem them go for but as humans we should make horrific examples of all of em. These types have given up any right to humane treatment by their own choice and actions.

Even as simple as the pd48 guy he should be beaten/ exercised to exhaustion every day for at least he aggregate total of all contestants time on the shows measured in days rounded up.

reading this always makes me want to cry and throw up at the same time. this poor girl had her whole life ahead of herself, it's horrifying to think how much pain she had gone through.

I'm not in favor of capital punishments, but I definitely think for most serious crimes should be punished really strictly and it should be prevented for that person to ever hurting people again. Like in my country life time sentence is just around 14 years in reality and how is that life time. We also have murderers who just keep murdering people after they are released. This one guy has been released two times already and he quickly murdered another woman after. I think blood of that is also hands of judge then.

USA usually has good idea with long sentences, though sometimes they overreact. But I recently read of Slender Man stabbings where two 12 years old kids tried to murder their friend of same age as a tribute to slenderman. Both were sent to mental hospital and main offender got 40 years of supervision, other 25 years. At least they weren't kidding around with the sentences just cause these murderers were children.
