Who is the most underrated vocalist within K Pop in your opinion?

Whenever I see conversations about who's the best female vocalist of the 3rd gen. The names that I usually always see are Wendy, Solar & Yuju. All without a doubt some of the best female vocalists of the 3rd gen.
However one name that I never see being mentioned within this mix is Sojung. The main vocalist of Ladies' Code.
Imo Sojung is right up there with the likes of Taeyeon in terms of her vocal abilities. She has a wide vocal range and a very powerful and stable voice. And just like Taeyeon she is able to do something very special. She's able to put intense feelings into the lyrics that she's singing.
When listening to Sojung, your ears are able to feel the emotions that are coming from her heart. And her heart is a strong heart that has been through a lot over the years, and you can really feel that.

I just wish that Korea and more of the K Pop community would appreciate her vocals. Because she is an absolute diamond that is on the most part ignored whenever she releases a new song. And I am sure that there are some fellow Lavelys on here who will agree with me on Sojung deserving more love and attention for her beautiful voice.

The most underrated? Probably one of those hidden gems out there who have 1,000 views

Personally I love Taeil from Block B. He actually doesn't have the best technique (especially when he sings high notes) but he's fairly good and his voice is

Chuu, probably. She's recognized inside of the fandom, but as a non-Orbit, her talents never disappoint, and she's adorable to top it off.

Oh My Girl Seunghee.

Oh My Girl in general are underrated af, although they are always highly regarded by their peers

Oh and my girl Sejeong from Gugudan. Her popularity overshadows how good her vocal abilities really are.

I also feel Apink's Eunji gets massively slept on by i-fans.

I was going to say Sojung too. Her voice is so powerful and so beautiful.

I also think Seunghee from CLC is quite underrated. I wish she'd get more recognition for her voice as well.

Woosung (The Rose) was the first one to come to mind when I was reading this thread, although I don't know if I would consider him extremely underrated. I think he does get attention for his voice but mainly among fans and he's never really brought up when you look at threads mentioning best vocalists of 3rd gen. Everyone has their own opinion of course but I would love to see him get more recognition.

A more underrated one would probably be the members of Oh My Girl or Inseong from Sf9.

It always surprises me how well every member of Oh My Girl can sing. Hyojung and Seunghee are mains so it's expected, Binnie is amazing too, and hearing main dancer Yooa and visuals Jiho/Arin sing so good actually blew my mind

Raina of AS/OC never got recognition for her vocals sadly, she kept improving too..
and Dreamcatcher have amazing vocals as well :)

WJSN's dawon ;-; i feel like she's a lot of people's top pick for underrated vocalist but she's seriously underrated !! overshadowed by yeonjung most of the time (no hard feelings yeonjung)

Yoari.

A recent song she did, as an OST

She appeared on The Voice Korea in 2011 as Kang Mi Jin. If I recall correctly she did well on that show.

Yoari was suppose to be the 5th member of Brown Eyed Girls but Nega Network decided to put her in Sprinklers just before the girl group's debut.

Hweseung from N.Flying and PLT's Gaho for me personally.

Hweseungs talent is a bit underused in N.Flying's songs but he is still a great addition and does a lot of amazing things.
If you've never heard his song with Hongki please do!

For Gaho, I haven't heard anyone who has a tone like him, not only is his voice pretty unique but he knows how to use it perfectly. He might not have the ultimate range (while still being considerable wide enough) but as I said he handles it perfectly.

For females, probably Sophiya imo. She just has such a beautiful clear voice and can hit high notes nicely as well
