I was expecting this and I'm surprised it took her so long.

The comments in my tl say its cos its costly to keep delaying without opening but ofc if ur customers die (or r hospitalised) after u open its gonna be even more costly-to them n B&E, no good resolution until l8r i fear. (Is there a lunar new year in korea corresponding to CNY for Chinese or is it just Chuseok, im not aware-maybe grand opening ard then if vaccines r widespread already at tat time?)

btw i am an ox who loves 5 and lives in the SW ...no wonder i cant win the lottery :)

I already mentioned in my OP, CNY is on 12th Feb 202q, in 51 days time. If 7 billion or just a couple million ppl in my country can get immunised by then, id say visiting open houses could happen here (its a rlly big deal where multicultural get togethers happen but whereas 2020 eid-al-adha n diwali were n now christmas seem to be truncated/suspended, its not a big deal to me if i dont get to my family's(more than 1 usually) open house lunch/gathering. Its not a big sacrifice compared to wat others went thru since in jan/feb 2020 chinese ppl had a big celebration if we wanted.

Yes Korea celebrates it. Heck they figure ages off of it. And i think the school year starts new that time.
