Three former members of the K-pop group Fifty Fifty have filed a civil lawsuit against Attrakt CEO Jeon Hong-joon, seeking a $300,000 settlement. The legal action was initiated by Saena, Sio, and Aran at the Seoul Central District Court on the 23rd of this month. This lawsuit acts as a counterclaim to a $13 million lawsuit filed by Attrakt against the former members, their parents, and others involved in the group's production, including The Givers CEO Ahn Sung-il.

Both legal cases have been assigned to the 31st Civil Division and will be consolidated for proceedings. Law Firm Dongin, representing the former members, is handling both lawsuits.
