The video being like "the managers get more upset when they don't know something's going on and there's trouble" is, like, not that unreasonable actually. I warn my manager all the time, "hey this person's mad about this" so they're not being blind-sided by stuff.

I think most people actually dislike a situation that is bad AND surprising as opposed to just bad, lol.
