Could work in some countries, when I was in a very hot climate I was always in long pants and usually a long sleeved shirt. It’s actually recommended to wear long clothing in the Middle East (where I was), not just because of culture but because it’s better for you health wise. So summery doesn’t have to mean short shorts and t shirts
