I want to travel more in 2025, so I want to combine that with going to a kpop concert. I just hope I can get enough heads up to schedule time off and make a plan to do some other things in the area.

That is the hard part SM and many agencies sucks with lead time.
Publish the tour schedule 3- 6 months out ..... They have to make the deals for venues, show so foresight and respect to the fans.

all the ones i have been too had a month or less, and that includes the us tours.
Getting stuff for a Korean or other foreign show in a month is crazy.
If I could not buy from resellers i would never make it.

It's insane! I have a pretty flexible job too, but like the surprise tour for Fifty Fifty at the end of the year, I had no PTO left. And I get the States are huge, so I get why they don't come to the arena in my area, but that adds on me needing to plan for at least two days of round-trip travel (and that's if I just go to the concert), someone to watch my dog, weather considerations for winter months, etc. I can't do that with only a month's heads up. I kinda wonder what pressure it puts on the cities that get hit all the time, because yeah, you're local, but that doesn't mean you can afford a kpop concert every weekend either; there's some dependency these groups have for people like me who are willing to travel in.

Yep 50/50 i considered but the show close to me was on the Sunday night after thanksgiving who has any energy left?

Yes, I totally understood moving with a small tour while they had all the interest and positive reception from their album and were going to be dropping more songs for the holiday season, but I'm sure there were a lot of people who wanted to go, but had prior commitments. Even if I'd had the PTO, December was a very busy month for me.
