It's way easier for me to think of examples that I disliked than the other way...

i-dle has had lots of concepts, but their underlying songs are pretty consistent, actually. I'm trying to think of a concept change that's like Minx -> Dreamcatcher, that's not just a visual change and stuck around...

Oh! I'll say Boyfriend. They were very cutesy initially, but Janus marks their switch into something more serious. (Which is unfortunate for them, because it performed so much worse.)
