G-Dragon and as much as I like Soyeon, GD already has a higher pitch to his voice, so I'll pick A20 May's Chenyu. I know she's Chinese but A20 May releases everything in English and she's literally signed to LSM's company and working with SNSD's Sunny. So much like XG, I kinda think she's kpop adjacent enough.
