Just read about a guy who ordered someone in their organization to murder someone, he then ran away to South America from Germany. After everything happened and he was back in Germany, the court decided his charge would be negligent manslaughter. Because who doesn't accidently shoot someone in the head occasionally? This is what I read at least, finding info about it is hard.
