thats just my opinion, but I always think that if someone tells u face to face they actually want help.
they just say they dont want help because they dont want to be a bother.
why would u tell someone in the first place?
they know u will have a reaction and take action. its hard not to with that kind of topic tbh.

the reason she told me was bcuz i asked. she said she was depressed and hating herself and i asked why.
she said if i rlly want to know, it's the scars
and that's how it started.
she said she's here for me and she hopes i can be too
i asked if she wants help, she said no
so i'm just respecting that.
