Jaden Jeong ripped off NewJeans concept lmao and the people who deny it are just being stupid.

That being said, I like Acid Angel from Asia and their debut, the whole mini is SAURRR GOOD. If it were just those four girls and not the ridiculous 24 member concept I would consider stanning.

They have similar vibes for sure but NewJeans’ concept isn’t that original

For all the pushback of NFT's and crypto entering into kpop space -- the blame is misguided.

NFT's to make products is a sht way to use the technology. period. That was hybe looking for cash.

But say you can use Smart Contracts (specialized nft) to program a decentralized ( aka no rigging) voting system for a survival show and charge one unit of cryptocurrency per vote on top of the daily allotted X number of free votes for a survival show.

Tie that to listing the crypto on an exchange and making mining availiable to everyone by using A peercoin-esque model and airdrops, and you'll have one of the best coins in circulation.
1. It has one source of intrinsic value: voting for survival shows.
2. It has exchange support.
3. It is free from hardware accessibility issues.

Plus plus if you that that then to a merch store for each contestant or smth then you can, as the issuing company, see which contestant has profitability and really hone in your craft. also BOOM second source of intrinsic value.

Third, you can sweep up the coins afterward by charging for release of raw footage with licensing agreements and oh my god people would be recutting that to fit their favs and you'll have royalties for years to come from youtube and whatnot.

Not even going to name names but I am annoyed when I say I distanced myself from a group because a member did something racist and everyone and their mother is like “oH yOu JuSt hAtE tHaT iDoL aNd KeEp bRinGiNg iT uP. OtHeR iDoLs dId wOrSe”.

Like no I don’t “hate” that idol but what they did annoyed me and the discourse and dogpiling of their fans did to poc who called them out annoyed me. So I distanced myself because it made me uncomfortable.

I barely even talk about or think about that idol unless it’s relevant. Like I’m allowed to express why I no longer stan a group when asked about it. And I don’t even send hate to that idol to begin with… I just don’t pay attention to them. Ffs I think my feelings are valid and far from hateful…

I don't think I've ever really hated or threw shade at a group. I do get a little upset when someone says that my faves aren't as good as others but the think is it's always ANOTHER one of my faves fandoms. Like I'm stuck in between a rock and a hard place. It's like being in the middle of a fight.
