But if I read correctly, new ADOR management has not had them in recent weeks/mths since last song/watever release even scheduled them for dance practise/song recording or any such aside from year end/other performances or CFs or I keep seeing Visit Korea with all five members on soooo many websites popping up, so still working/making money just on music?

well it really doesn't matter if NJ visits "the office" so to speak or not
they are still under contract and all cfs and whatnot have to go through ador - I mean they don't deal with NJ directly

also all staff members are still ador staff (at least until they resign or something) so managers, stylists, makeup artists, directors etc etc aare still pid by ador

The scariest part about this is that these girls don't seem to have a concrete plan of what they are doing. What's the end goal here? To leave Ador and sign under a company Min Heejin makes? They do realize Hybe can rake them over the coals with a lawsuit and extending it virtually as much as possible? If there's some bigger issue that they can affect with a lawsuit I'd be curious like changing idols contracts but currently this just seems like they're opening themselves up to Hybe bleeding them dry with a lawsuit as keep in mind not all lawsuits are about winning and some are just about bleeding your opposition dry of resources.

I wouldn't expect maturity if they weren't getting involved in this kind of a lawsuit and being so public about it as beating Hybe in court won't be easy based on money alone but based on the way these girls are talking I just get the vibe they are being fed bad information by people which those people won't care when these girls careers are over if it turns out that way.

As was revealed online(I can't rmbr everything n hvnt read all of the details by all means), ADOR/HYBE planned to dungeon them for 1 yr while searching/looking/finding "a Grammy award winning producer" to work with so any idolish activities other than song making is only to ADOR's benefit.

Well same as FIFTY FIFTY 3jeong then. They got bad intel/influence from outside of the agency they signed to. Expecting young idols to be mature n far future minded is all well n good when things r going their way but outside influences/MHJ/their parents can't be defended/prevented against(I hv no opinion on whether the NJ members hv been influence or as online sources state "brainwashed/gr**med" im just remaining non judgemental except for the point of view tat they're young n hvnt life experience/business sense. The success they hv had in such a short time I see parallel with young celebs in the west who went astray like Edward Furlong n others. HYBE/ADOR shd hv focused on maybe training skills like being more attuned to ... Ig life experience/facing these situations can't rlly be taught/trained, u just learn-hopefully NJ members can learn from now watever comes their way, whether they get sued/dungeoned/retire(or depart unwillingly/not by free will) ffromidol life. Or like netizens online were sure the first injunction results meant MHJ would win her injunction to re-become ADOR CEO n then tat dint happen. I nvr stated any opinion as I just dint know anything abt her contract/shareholder agreement. Her resignation from board of directors surprised me a little but it made sense to me in a way as not throwing away money tat she couldn't afford at sthg she probably saw as a lost cause/another step in her plan to steal ADOR/it's assets. I couldn't foresee anything from the start till now, so I'll wait n see.(n give my $0.05 opinion as it comes to me LOL).

as far as I understood, they only 'told' they were leaving, but its nothing formal yet.
if they do this wrong and without a proper support this wont end good for them.

the head of the creative team aka MJH did nothing the past 3 months. Kinda hard to get new stuff into the pipeline.
ador did all the award shows ect.

this all seems to boil down to the ignore her thing (other than the hybe v mjh war) which i do not think any sane judge will see as cause.

the age thing does not matter the patents signed for them.
