For a couple reasons.
1. You’ll die because of the heat (867 F, 464 C) and sulphuric acid and all the other lovely life reducing perks on Venus. And that’s not great.
2. Despite being extremely hot (which many associate with tanning because no one wants to tan in polar climates), Venus has very little UV light at its surface. This is largely because of its very thick atmosphere, which prevents UV light from actually getting that far. In order to reach earth levels of UV, you’d need to be 25-37 miles/40-60 km above the surface. For reference, commercial planes fly at altitudes of 5.5-7.5 miles/9-12 km.
There’s also those mysterious black streaks in Venus’s atmosphere that don’t move despite hurricane winds and that attract a ton of uv which have been credited to being anything from weird chemicals to microbes but that’s for another day
