What type of water do you prefer warm or cold. Personally, I prefer ice-cold water, but... I'm not sure if its that good for you. lol

I cannot shower in cold water either

I shower in cold water usually, but I’ll use a spritz of warm water at times, but I prefer cold water. It’s actually really good for the skin and circulation. I feel mentally better after colder showers, too. So there are benefits to do with mental health and slight health. It’s not a cure all, but it helps a bit

[Bopper]

If I’m drinking water on its own, then cold.

Depending on what the water is being used for.

Washing hands: cold
