Sensitive Was admitted to the hospital last night (1 Viewer)

My heart usually has skipped beats and that's why I went to cardiologist. HOWEVER, last night my heart would do a big beat and then like a tick tick type feeling struggling to beat and then another big beat. It did this for about 1-2 minutes and then I couldn't feel my pulse at all. Even my mom was struggling. We were confused because if my heart had stopped, I wouldn't be functioning. It also felt like there was this emptiness in my chest like something wasn't there. I was so scared I was crying thinking I was gonna die. It went back to its usual rhythm, but we still called 911 because we were scared. They came and my heartbeat was rather high and said everything else looks fine from what they were able to monitor. They suggested for me to go to the emergency room and my mom agreed saying I needed to go. Long story short I may have something called SVT (I shit you not) that people my age get. The doctor stressed that I needed to see my cardiologist and get the results from their monitoring to go any further.​

That's so scary! I'm glad you're okay for now, but definitely follow-up on all the check-ups they recommended! You don't want to mess around with this.

I can imagine how frustrating it is to not have answers. I have some health issues myself and I know the feeling of waiting to find out whats going pn. Hopefully you get results soon.
