When i started this website back in 2018, the goal was to provide good user experience when browsing the site, we have tried all sorts of ad providers but it slowed down user experience & was annoying. With that in mind, i have decided to make kpopsource ad-free permanently for everyone from today onwards.

We have also received enough donations to cover us until july, after july we will no longer be accepting donations for hosting fees as i have decided to cover all those cost myself, only the cdn fees will be covered by the community through donation if they wish to have a smooth experience for everyone, if there are no donations for that, site will be running on the free plan of the cdn without image optimization.

Yes, it didn't make that much anyway, i had to rely on donations at times to cover, i can also cover the hosting fees after july.
