While working on our monthly server optimization, a misconfigured setting on my part crashed the webserver. A total estimated downtime of 18 minutes were recorded on KS UPTIME & the automated crash report was automatically texted to my phone but i had it on silent mode, i sincerely apologize for causing the crash. Thank you to @notthatmarko for immediately informing me about the crash.
