Idk, on one hand with sneezing sometimes yucky gunk comes out. But with coughing, it can hurt your throat, especially if you cough a lot.

If I rode public transportation that would be me hacking away on your bus. Covid really F'd up my families lungs. My mother sounds like she's been smoking for 40 years and has double pneumonia. She's embarrassing to go out with.
