Probably Cardcaptor Sakura. Technically I did watch the original 90s Sailor Moon and then last year I watched Sailor Moon Crystal, which has the same storyline-ish... Does that count?

Elfen Lied and Tokyo Ghoul. I've watched Elfen Lied probably at least 8 times since it's one of the first anime I ever watched so I didn't have much else lol, Shaman King probs 3 or 4 times since it's a bit longer, Tokyo Ghoul season 1 probs has a similar number to Elfen Lied and the later seasons i've seen about 3-4 times since I mainly rewatched it when only s1 was out. I've also rewatched the first 4 to 6 episodes of Toilet Bound Hanako-kun like at least 5 times since I was rewatching it while it was airing cuz I literally couldn't wait. Most other series i've rewatched tend to have a count of like 3 or 4, since I tend not to rewatch stuff unless i'm really obsessed, and if i'm really obsessed u can bet imma rewatch it more than once. Animes I can think of off the top of my head with around 3-4 rewatches are MHA, Blue Exorcist, Fruits Basket, and Jujutsu Kaisen (first half probs has 4 rewatches too since it's another one I was rewatching while it was still airing). AOT is about to join the 3rd rewatch crew as well as i'm literally currently rewatching it AS WE SPEAK

Ouran highschool host club, baka no test, or one piece. The first two were shows that got me into anime so they're kind of like comfort shows for me now. One piece is my current favorite anime and I used to binge rewatch it every spring break.
