moreso talking about actual ASMR rather than the mukbang type videos but feel free to talk about those too if you like
it might be weird to some people but i listen to both; they really help me deal with my ADHD cause listening to videos with talking in the background can be just as bad as having no white-noise at all for me.

whenever I listen/watch ASMR [with the exception of makbangs] I feel like I have entered a trance and thoughts cease to occur. Like if someone knocked on the door I would start screaming from the disturbance. lol

Especially when it makes my head tingle, which is pleasant feeling for me. (kind of like getting goosebumps, while listening to a beautiful song)

When I was young and had haircuts in salons and barbershops, when the stylists would cut the back hair of my head, I would feel tingling sensations and never knew what they were.

Until I discovered a random whispering ASMR video on YouTube some years ago and, after playing it, I realized I surprisingly still had the same tingling sensations.

So, to answer, do I like it? Yes, because whispering ASMR feels therapeutic.
