hear me out needs to run more wild imho, like the first reaction someone should unequivocally have is "wtf are you high" for you to have to go "hear me out" for
like gill from finding nemo or nick wilde from zootopia or shrek would be uninspired hear me outs imho, inspired would be the likes of clippy or the number 7

so it's not just non conventionally attractive but someone literally UGLY????

also what is an "uninspired hear me out vs inspired hear me out"

again without being disrespectful maybe someone like Camilla Parker Bowles (Queen of England) especially compared to that of Diana???

The answer is none.

JY Papi is the only idol I can think of that's considered conventionally unattractive but there's a lot of people who find him attractive because of his charisma rather than appearance.

None-idols though, I got one, Kim Jong-un's sister is lowkey a baddie. She isn't exactly ugly but due to.. you know.. poltics and personality it might be considered a hot take.

so there is a bit of a subjective element to it

but from the various conversations above it would seem as if it literally means someone who is not merely conventionally unattractive but someone who is outright UGLY???

I'm an old fart too so I might be wrong but I tend to think of these things literally, if you feel the need to explain or justify your reasoning (i.e tell someone to hear you out first) then the term applies. So yes, in this case there is a bit of subjectivity.

not even an attractiveness issue, but a general "I'm fascinated by your neuron activity to come up with this as a theoretical crush" issue, moreso in the sense that the question of attractiveness feels like a foreign concept for the subject in question

I say uninspired for stuff that has legitimately been talked extensively, inspired for near unique takes; going back to the shrek example the dragon is supposed to be hot and shrek I think is generally agreed as ugly hot to some extent, but if someone said one of the three little pigs it would require a hear me out because few would have even entertained the thought of evaluating their attractiveness (versus the likes of say, lord farquad even)

ahhh uninspired = hear me outs that have been discussed previously or widely considered hear me outs whereas inspired are more novel or unique - got it
