Not sure if the title makes sense? So I'll give an example.
For me, my appetite had decreased a lot over the past year because of a medication I had to take. Now I can't eat nearly as much as I used to because I get full easily and I end up not being hungry for several hours afterwards, or for maybe the rest of the day. I've had times where it'd be 9pm or 10pm and I still wouldn't be hungry enough to eat dinner. My mom would usually get on my case if I didn't eat anything yet despite being hungry. So then I'd just end up eating something just for the sake of needing to eat I guess.
Does anyone else experience this? Do you end up just eating just because your body might need food, or do you just not eat at all?
