What do you think about the 5 second rule? (1 Viewer)

The rule is that if something won't matter in 5 years, don't spend more than 5 seconds being mad about it (or having any other negative emotion).

Do you think it's good? Why/ why not? Is it healthy?

five years sounds like quite a long time to get over something. So it always depends on how much of an impact something has on you.


If you can get over something in 5 seconds, then it really can't be that serious lol.
