What do you think of people who quote "hold on to the 5%' of their DNA? (1 Viewer)

Admittedly, I'm asking this mostly in accordance with myself, but this goes for all people who do so. I have some Chinese blood (and while I don't have an exact % it's likely below 35% Is it okay to claim this part of myself thought I've never been fully acquainted with the culture? There's a rule that you have to have majority males in your bloodline in this case and I do infact have majority grandfathers from my Chinese part. But ultimately i just want others opinions

You should embrace all parts of your heritage imo (unless its like 0.05% or something like that)

If you don’t use it to excuse bad behavior, victimize yourself, bring others down, spread misinformation, ect then I guess sure, count those small parts. I just feel like people use stuff like that too often in bad ways. But not everyone.

We are all of us part of what went before and its nice to know some about that.
For example i am proud that my great^- greats said this place is shit lets try somewhere else. I wish i were that brave. its also nice to find stories of them.
