its very draining to put in the effort and have it feel meaningless. Especially for the I fans.
local fans can go to fan signs events ect to recharge.. for if fans its all on the phone or computer anyways much less engaged.


Say even for me the last few RV cb while they had a certain level of success felt very draining/ frustrating. Kinda like pounding your head against a wall. Its never enough.

If you wanna improve you should do it in a spot that will show like album sales, digitals or YouTube views since then you could compete against yourself.

However with Music Shows you are competing to win because if you get to 2nd you'll be against 1st and if you lose there is nothing shown for your efforts.

Let's take your motto of trying and say Insomnias spent all their time voting for Dreamcatcher on Music Bank, that is a show they will 100% lose no questions asked so voting on there is a pointless effort and better spent voting on a show they can win like The Show.

It's okay to have heart and to try your hardest with things but there's also your brains and sometimes it's better to play smart than to play hard and in music shows it's better to play smart with voting

There is also a reason why groups are seperated between Korean fans and international fans. A group might totally fail in Korea, but to well internationally, or they could be big in korea and not really liked internationally.... .... And then we have Japan which is it's own special thing.

I understand this person's attitude. You hear it a lot besides fans, go back to the old variety talk show Strong Heart you'll hear singers avoiding ocmebacks when a popular group is having a comeback.

There are even some groups like EXO and BTS which when they have comebacks fandoms why bother because of the popularity.

SImply put kpop is a popularity contest and yes as you said it is very draining to even try especially when you get little for the effort.
