Sixteen was definitely rigged too.

I've said for years the entire lineup was already decided before the first episode even filmed. And yes that goes for Momo and Tzuyu as well.

With the produce 101 drama unfolding there's no doubt about it now that Sixteen was rigged also.

each vote is 100 won ~ a dime. You could only vote once per phone number so noone got super hosed but since there is a money transaction for say 4-500k votes say 4-500 dollars total collected not hardly worth it btw. so folks going crazy over the money are making a mountian out of not much. say the guys had 2-3 million vote (no idea ) thats a few k.

Regardless of the amount, it's still illegal and immoral plus rigging the votes when the whole concept of your show is supposed to be about letting the nation decide should also be classed as false advertisement.

jyp probably had a rough idea of what he wanted twice to look like from the beginning, but wanted the girls to work for it. i just feel bad for the girls who he didn't have any intention of putting into twice having to deal with that. the entire concept of the show was gross too, the way one of them had to tell the other if they were in or out or not. just way too much hardship.

Its clearly a breach of trust and false advertising. Just not really sure its criminal because of the voting cost maybe a minor misdemeanor. A better case can be made for theft from the improperly eliminated trainees. And if that is the case the eliminated members of sixteen may have standing to sue jyp and twice for a piece of the revenue as well as the kids from the produce series and any other survival show hosted by agencies and tv stations that was fake..

Sixteen is not why i do not follow/know twice but it is part of the reason i never reconsidered after be a star killed them in my eyes. And i do hold in house survival shows against all groups who come from them as major strikes. I liked the concept as a semi open competition in the produce series and did get far more attached to the pd 48 and 101 china kids than i thought i would.

I honestly wouldn't want any other line-up. It was obvious that some of the girls will make it and some were surprising.
