Shake shack. and others of the high end burger style. only been to 5 guys. 20 bucks for a combo meal is a bit steep :)

Think i have been to most of the American ones listed here.

None of famous food places have branches in my country but in my overseas trip I have only been to Starbucks and McDonalds one of which isnt a fast food place.
