Sushi and pizza are obvious, but even before sushi became popular döner kebab was popular here and it still is. Rolled kebab is one of most common fast food items and there is kebab places in every district

In other hand tacos aren't popular at all!

Honestly the US gets a lot of shit for having bad food, but we have so much variety when it comes to other cuisines. Mexican is especially popular, so is Chinese.

I live in the middle east, in the Caspian region. Pretty close to Russia so I think that's why.
