OR AT LEAST THE TRCNG-TOPIC AUTOGENERATED YOUTUBE THING FOR MUSIC

Actually you can report it spam and scam

Then list down that the account was hacked. Try to explain to youtube that the group's company is closed but as fans you want the channel to stay up.

Unless the company have handed down the channel to the group, its a hard case, unless youtube does a favor by reverting the channel to before the hack. But the channel is listed as official artist channel so if the group members try to recover it, they might be able to recover it.
