i have only been to a few kpop concerts, but i remember when a group of friends and i went and only one girl didn't have the money to buy a lightstick so I let her use mine for a good portion of the concert

Unless it was a little girl (i.e., 7 or 8) I would have ignored her and let her learn to come equipped... Besides a light stick is not required to enjoy the concert, right?
