If I had to pick one that happens a lot if would be when I’m put in a situation where I’m unsure of what to do. My first time I was going on a plane without my mom I asked my friend what I was supposed to let the person at the gate see before boarding and he just said “Figure it out on your own” it may seem like a super small thing to be anxious over but I can’t help it. Also if I’m going into a building, store, etc for the first time because idk the layout so I get extremely anxious.

New situations put my anxiety through the roof, especially stress-inducing ones. I testified back in March for a sexual assault case I was involved in, and it got me so anxious and over-stressed that when I finally hit my breaking point, I took it out on somebody on here for a silly card-related reason. lol I was so lucky y'all are a forgiving bunch!
