i mean mostly they're rude everywhere like drinking wine/chanpagne straight from the bottle or not saying hello before you talk to someone

tho it waving at waiters to come over is rude, they have things to do and people to serve, let them come on their own time. its okay to raise a slight hand or make eye contact, but don't do more. and don't be too loud anywhere.

I've read that this isn't a thing in other countries so if I'm wrong correct me but in America we smile at EVERYONE. Including strangers. Like when walking on the street and stuff. So a smile indicates that you're comfortable.

It is kind of weird not to be like "hey, xxxx" but it's definitely not seen as rude. Then again I'm from the city so we have weird mannerisms
