I didn't know how old it is exactly, but I researched it. It is said that the city was build over 1000 years before rome (apparently there was evidence for this statement). So that would be 2050 BC

Wow, that's really old then. I imagine that would make it one of the oldest cities in Western Europe too.

It probably is one of the oldest. The city is perfect for history lovers. We still have very old buildings and much sightseeing to offer. It is nice here, very refreshing - but it isn't like other major cities. The center of the city is to small for that lol
