for me:

BTS:
1. Not pushing each people solo properly
2. not realising music they are known for... for actual ages..
or at least a good hype song like Fire, Mic drop

NCT:
1. dream stopping the graduation system
should of debuted [Renjun, jeno, jaemin, jisung, chenle] togther in a new unit
and kept the graduation system
2. making dream concept so close to 127 concept
3. debuting wayv with a 127 song and only recently getting there own style

4. taken so long to add new members
like i get need a new unit etc
but that was kinda point of dream.. why was a new member never added to dream
like we could got a new member when jaemin was on hiatus as when he came back mark left the comeback after..
5. year comebacks need to be better organised
they always seem hectic and always so short as they try realise so many songs in the span
of a normal group comeback promotion period when they should really double it
6. still no Japanese unit,,
7. not much of a mix of countries within nct apart from chinese and korean and japanese [and ten xD]
[mark and johnny are korean hertiage]

yeh this worries me for nct
as 127 is the most pushed unit but it the first one for military
i really hope they just consider sending half the unit at once

1st batch taeil 94 taeyong 95 doyoung 94
2nd batch jaehyun 97 jungwoo 98
haechan will be sent with the dream 2000 line so i guess 3rd batch

izone disbanding. zero chance all, let alone most of the members will thrive or survive.
RV doing nothing after psycho for going on a year and a half now. (and you can debate the entire switching concept ie the velvet album especially[even thought it is a personal favorite])
lovelyz - queendom decisions sucked they are far better than they showed people.
fx not touring .....ever...... and not pulling the trigger on Suili in 2013 that fandom was a train wreck as balkanized as i have seen. Concerts might have given them a way to gel.
Gfriend probably fingertip it was just enough of a change to siphon off the momentum after the huge break from Navillera and LOL.

There is a reason Yoona Taeyeon and Jessica had a ton of focus in snsd. Keep the most popular members visible.

We Me did not make that mistake with their ace even with the ioi member tall visual Doyeon in the group.
Thus they are the ONLY post IOI group still standing.
