Ill answer now: im not sure wat reality show is my fave. I do hv fave k-variety: Running Man, which brought me deeper into k-culture after over 10 or more yrs of dipping my toes into k-movies, k-music n maybe 1 or 2 k-dramas (tv).

Tldr: Running Man is the closest answer 4 me ig.

Who n why? If you cant answer here dm me. Anyway you shdnt be scared to talk to anybody here or elsewhere. Just try to be friendly n talk according to the situation you find yourself in. Relax n accustom yourself to the atmosphere. Or sometimes if you need to leave a tense or hostile situation, you can leave.

Talking or interacting is a 2 way street. But im an introvert, sometimes if im with friends irl, i used to just sit n be silent with them while doing our own thing. Not always but when youre with chill friends, silence is nice too. Or maybe im rmbring wrongly.
