No. I'd say the non-fighting. And the fact that the userbase [mostly] remains stable. And while some users take breaks its often not more than a couple weeks; whereas on other sites you'll see someone contribute for a couple months and then disappear.

The sense of welcome/friendliness when i first joined till now has nvr disappeared or diminished, n the feeling of belonging here has only increased since my joining here. Also the users/friends iv made along the way, come wat may.
