Ghosts as there are quite a few ways to handle dispelling ghosts and they are unlikely to do that much harm while there are ways to handle vampires at least some have them possessing above human strength and that could make dealing with one harder and werewolves you just die when they transform so it'd be about if you could kill the person before that happens.
