I’ve been waking up either at 2am or at 5am most mornings

Sometimes I can go back to bed, sometimes I can’t. If I do, y’all won’t see me till noon.​

Close to 9am ive been extra tired for a week now

When I don't have to go to work, 9:30AM.

Idk what a normal sleeping pattern is tbh Today was 5:30am so I kinda slept in

Between 6am and 7am (wake up in the night too), but last night I slept from around 11pm through til 7:30am this morning.

Depends as if i'm not a work I'll wake up at around 6 AM while having gone to sleep at around 1 AM which is oof but f I have work I have to wake up at 2 AM and go to sleep accordingly to at least attempt to get a good nights sleep
