Apart from disbanded groups, I miss old variety shows like Strong Heart. That show had the best clips!

True, i wonder why they don't allow them anymore it's not like there was more idol relationships in the past than now

My guess would be how far social media and technology has advanced. Everybody's a journalist now, so anything could be misinterpreted and spread.

really "crunchy" production if that makes sense–– pre-2018 kpop was more heavily produced than now, so it had a more colorful sound. nowadays a lot of kpop songs are a lot more simple and bare bones, much like western pop–– i don't mind that either, i just miss the uniquely weird flavors of older kpop songs :^)

That might be a reason why I don't like post-2018 Kpop that much
