I can only think of dried fish. (even though it is more like a thing that people outside of my country would find bizarre.)

Well, if chicken hearts is bizarre; then I have tried many. It's just I don't know which ones are bizarre to other people. Bull testicles? chicken hearts (they're delicious)? blood sausage? beef tongue? kidneys? what about liver?
