I got my first job a bit later. I was a waitress at a stromboli restaurant in the busy heart of my college/university town.
So much fun drunk frats, drunk athletes, drunk 20-year-olds. Just drunk people in general hitting on you, attempting to touch what shouldn’t be touched, and puke cleanup. So much fun.
And someone stole my linguistics book one night. It was one of the few books that didn’t come used, as an ebook, or available for rent. Buying textbooks are a nightmare. I didn't wanna buy another.​

The closest thing that I would consider a job was an internship I did two years ago. I helped out with a local online publication. Most of the stuff I did was basically add events to their calendar, send emails to contacts regarding events, research, do statistics for graphs and other visuals, and write articles, if necessary.

my first job jos was at 15 in an auto parts warehouse/and later the retail stores. 8-7 5days a week during summer and sat during the school year.
