Cancel student loans, or pay graduates enough for them to pay it off in a timely manner

Stop teaching that everyone needs to go to college. Student loans are bullshit. Stop teaching/taking useless courses if you do go to school. Half the reason I took semesters with 17 credits [that's 5-6 classes] was because it was block tuition meaning you pay the same tuition for 12 credits as you pay for 17... I do think standardized tests [in some form] should be allowed. There should be metrics for determining mastery of content. ... But more students may benefit from short answer/essay exams as opposed to multiple choice. Also, I had [after school] an hour long class called study hall where you basically studied and finished homework... Maybe make it mandatory and 2 hours long.

Better sex education. They barely taught us anything about it when I was in school

Yeah same.. All we learned about was estrogen and testosterone.

I don't think they grade based on skill in America I think it is more about participation.

I do have to say that in my school at least, I almost lost my valedictorian status because i was being graded on improvement in my weight lifting so if i didn't improve with every evaluation my grade got docked, so i had to work out extra on the weekends even though i worked out for like an hour 5 days a week but my school was also a hoe so

For my part, definitely I have always had an issue with schools severely underfunding the arts and putting way too much money into sports and it feels disrespectful to the students who are skilled in the arts but don't participate in sports. It isn't a good look for your school band to not be able to pay for new instruments or struggle to stay available in general but then you build a new gym for your athletes or something like that.

wtf and i thought my school was bad why does anyone even do that to their students? i didn't have any valedictorian status, if anything i was an average-ictorian and didn't work out at all so if i went to your school they'd kick me out on day 1

there are many things i could say but most importantly, PE shouldn't count towards a student's grades. there are students who are simply not good at certain sports and it's not like with other subjects where you can get a textbook that will make you learn how to play basketball or run 100 metres in 10 seconds. some also simply don't have the physical abilities to do it and they get their grades ruined because of something they have no control over.
