Lately, my favorite has been a salami and cheese melt. Here's a little hack for y'all - if you don't want to cook it on the stove, the microwave does wonders! Just zap it for about a minute, and BAM! The perfect melt.

Grill/ toast the bread for sure.

A great hamburger, Pastrami on dark rye, Turkey and bacon club with avocado on sourdough. Roast beef with any number of great cheeses.
Ham and swiss.

It's absolutely delicious! There are a couple of sub shops here that sell a version without the alfalfa sprouts (there were too many E. coli outbreaks, unfortunately, so they no longer offer them) so I usually go to our local co-op and pick up some sprouts before I go, then add them myself, lol.
