Mhm good question. I think for me it's from 7pm to 9pm. Around that time I've done everything I wanted/needed for the day and can just relax until I go to bed.

i would say i can relate but weirdly enough my sleep schedule is okay during night shifts lol, since im able to sleep during my shift, but outside of it its a mess too
