I know no one really calls it hair-care, but this was a follow-up to my last thread.
Also, I hope you're ALL using conditioner
My hair is extremely frizzy naturally, so I use TRESemme smooth and silky every other day, as washing your hair every day is really bad for your hair. Once you start washing your hair day every day, you can't stop, or else your hair gets really greasy due to the excess production of oils.
I always prefer using pumps rather that the squirt bottles because it's easier to use when you have water in your eyes and on your face.
Then I follow it up with TRESemme smooth and silky conditioner, which I use every day to keep my hair silky and voluminous on the days I don't wash my hair and the days that I do.
Honestly, I wear hijab, so my hair isn't really exposed to much sunlight, thus less damage. The most I do is apply my entire head with extra virgin olive oil to retain moisture and shine. Other times I use an olive oil aerosol for when my hair doesn't need oiling.
(I can't find the exact one, but the aerosol looks something like this.)
And then I comb it once my hair is DAMP, not once it's wet. Combing wet hair damages your hair significantly.
What are your hair-care routines?
