What is that invisible line that if a friend crosses that would make you no longer be friends with them?

I would say that having a friend sleep with my hypothetical boyfriend would do it. I already said years ago on KS that I wouldn't end a relationship over infidelity but sleeping with a friend's SO is a bit worse than a SO doing it.

That would probably be it though. Insults are not that big a deal to me so I could easily get over that. The only other thing would be if they, in the past, sexually assaulted someone.

Being unable to tolerate or hear out differing opinions. An inability to listen and engage and maybe change minds or meet middle ground with certain subjects just makes me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Also just being flat out hateful to be hateful like...shut the fuck up.

being a blackmailer and a guilt tripper. I had to end a friendship bc of that once, and it did not go down well. She called me crying bc she lost her job and blah blah blah and made it sound like it was MY fault??? Yeah, cut that proverbial cord!

Being hateful to a demographic or gender just isn't it for me. I understand everyone has opposing views and opinions but in a friendship it's best to respect those. I can handle those if it's equally respected. But if not. Nah fam.

Yes. We were in a class that connected to the special needs kids and one of them was having a bad day (screaming and throwing themselves around) and she basically said there’s no place for them in this world. That those with disabilities are lesser than those who are “normal”. I mentioned that my brother had multiple disabilities and asked “so your saying because of his disabilities that he shouldn’t be allowed to be alive?” Her response was “Yes.” She felt no remorse or anything for what she said.
