I'm pretty fast - I can type up to 60-65 wpm. But if we're counting actual words and not just characters, it's somewhere between 15-20.

It’s old news now, my finger’s better. My knee is the issue now

Never really measured it like that, but it's not really that hard to become fast if you are constantly typing. I am a translator and that requires so much typing. Even my mom who is pretty new to smart phones and social media has her speed improving a lot.
